Limo and Party Bus PPC Case Study - 0 to 144 Leads Per Month In Less Than 65 Days

About Our Client:

Our client Tad has been in the limousine industry for 13+ years, and began his limousine business with just a single Lincoln town car limousine back in 2002. He now owns and operates Long Limo Pro out of Colorado, which showcases the finest fleet of limos and party buses in Northern Colorado. His business focuses on the retail sides providing rides for weddings, concerts, proms, nights on the town, etc.

Difference:

We built out a landing page with several CTA’s (call to actions) pushing people to take action with either a phone call or by submitting a web form request for more information on the landing page. We also added a photo gallery of all the different types of limos available to the clients. The results speak for themselves.

When running paid search campaigns its imperative that you send your web traffic to a lead capture page that pushes either a phone call or a web form submission. Without those, you are just slamming your traffic up against a wall! Show them where to go, hold their hand and walk them through your conversion process or conversion funnel and your results will explode. Guaranteed.

Challenge:

The main challenge for our Limo & Party Bus client was fixing their current Google Adwords campaign and then scaling their campaign. A previous firm who shall remain unnamed, put together their old Adwords campaign. That campaign did nothing but waste money and drive irrelevant web traffic to their website’s homepage with no lead capture or ‘request a quote’ form set-up.

Before they joined joined our team, the limo company struggled to gain relevant online exposure, web traffic and leads/phone calls/quote requests to their website. With our experience and with the proper strategy in place, we had no problem cleaning up Tad’s campaigns and scaling them from zero leads per month to over 30 leads in just the first month. Month two (May 2015) they had over 155 leads. 88 phone calls and 67 landing page ‘request a quote’ submissions.

Our Campaign Approach/Strategy:

The strategy we used for this client is very similar to the strategy we use for all of our clients who have previously worked with another paid search company. The strategy consists of a few different areas of focus: landing page content, strong CTA’s (call to action),  and a diverse group of small, broken down Adgroups/keywords focused around the clients specific services (unique to every client). Working very closely with the client, our team did major location based keyword research to pin point exactly what the search terms people in the clients area were searching for on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Once that research was complete, we began to initiate the very first round of changes to the clients campaign, Adgroups,  keywords, geo-locations, ad-extentions, adschedule and adcopy. The first months results were overwhelming for the client as you have read above. Since writing this case study the client is projected to scale to well over 200+ leads per month by end of July (2015).
